Welcome to Discount Print Online. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company.

1. Basis of Contract

All orders submitted by you are subject to our formal acceptance. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order or commence production. These terms prevail over any inconsistent terms provided in your own correspondence or order forms.

2. Payment Terms

All orders are processed on a payment-in-full basis. Production will only commence once full payment has been received and cleared. We do not offer credit terms; please ensure all payments are completed at the point of order to avoid delays.

3. Production & Manufacturing Tolerances

We strive for the highest quality; however, custom printing and apparel production involve inherent variables.

• Variations: Minor differences in colour, ink coverage, dimensions, or placement are considered acceptable and are not grounds for rejection or refund.

• Artwork: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all text, spelling, and artwork proofs. Once you approve a design, you accept full responsibility for any errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Inclusions: Pricing includes tracked delivery to one UK mainland address.

• Split Shipments: Requests for multiple delivery locations will incur additional charges.

• Liability: We utilise reliable, fully tracked courier services. Once goods are dispatched, we are not liable for courier delays or transit disruptions. Any claims for transit damage must be reported to us in writing with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the bespoke, custom manufactured nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once production has commenced. We do not accept returns on custom items unless the goods are confirmed to be faulty or do not match the agreed-upon specification.

6. Intellectual Property & Customer Content

You warrant that you own or have permission to use all materials submitted for printing. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, costs, or expenses arising from third-party claims that your material infringes upon their intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that we deem, in our sole opinion, to be illegal, libellous, or offensive.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no circumstances shall Discount Print Online be liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from delays or issues with our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, strikes, any natural disasters, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, or the impossibility of the use of transport networks).
