At Discount Print Online, we are committed to delivering high quality, custom branded prints and apparel that meets your exact specifications. We take great pride in our work and maintain clear, transparent protocols to ensure that every order is handled with the highest level of care.
1. Reporting Windows
We differentiate between transit related issues and production quality to ensure a swift, fair resolution:

Transit Damage (48-Hour Window): If your parcel or items arrive damaged, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to resolve shipping issues with our carriers promptly.

Quality & Order Discrepancies (5-Day Window): For concerns regarding print quality, incorrect garment sizes, or quantity errors, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. This timeframe ensures you have sufficient time to inspect your order whilst keeping our production efficient.
We kindly ask that you inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. Please ensure any discrepancies are reported within the timeframes outlined above, as this allows us to address any concerns promptly. Once these windows have passed, orders are typically considered successfully delivered and accepted, in which our replacement or refund guarantee does not apply to reports received after this period.
2. How to Submit a Claim
To ensure your request is prioritised, please email info@DiscountPrintOnline.co.uk with the following information:

Order Number and the full Name on the order.

Clear, high resolution photographs showing the specific defect or issue.

A brief description of the discrepancy.
3. Important Guidelines for Faulty Items

Do Not Distribute: If you notice a potential fault, please retain all items and contact our team immediately before they are distributed or used. Distributing goods before we have had the opportunity to investigate may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

Inspection Procedure: We may request that the goods are returned to us or collected for a formal inspection before we can offer a final resolution.

Manufacturing Tolerances: Please note that minor variations in colour, print, finishing, or alignment are inherent to the custom production process and are consistent with standard industry practice. As these variations are a natural result of bespoke printing, they are not classified as manufacturing faults and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Custom-Made Disclaimer
As every item is printed specifically to your unique requirements, we cannot accept returns for non faulty items. This includes, but is not limited to:

"Change of mind" requests.

Incorrect sizing selections or fit preferences.

Errors in spelling, punctuation, or layout that were approved by the customer.

Design choices or artwork finalisations made during the proofing process.
5. Finality of Orders
Our production process begins as soon as your digital artwork proof is confirmed. For this reason, orders are considered final and binding once proof approval is submitted. We strongly encourage you to double-check your design proofs for spelling, colour, and placement accuracy before providing final confirmation.
6. Design Service Liability
Whilst we take great pride in our professional design service and strive for absolute accuracy in every project, we strongly advise that you thoroughly review all digital proofs provided. Although we perform our own internal checks, it remains the customer’s responsibility to verify that all text, spelling, layout, and specifications are correct and meet your requirements. Once you have provided your final approval, the design is considered confirmed and binding. Any errors discovered after this point fall under the customer’s responsibility, and our standard terms regarding returns will apply.
7. Our Resolution Commitment
We stand by the quality of our work. In the rare event of a verified production error, we are committed to making it right. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate solution to resolve the issue:

A. Professional Reprint: We will prioritise a free of charge reprint of the affected items to meet your original specifications.

B. Store Credit: If a reprint is not feasible for whatever reason, we may offer store credit toward future orders.

C. Refund: In instances where a replacement or store credit is not appropriate, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.
